How do I customize my mug?
Choose a mug, then use our live design tool to add your text, upload a photo, and pick your font and color. You'll see a real-time preview before placing your order.
How long does delivery take?
We print your mug within 24 hours of order confirmation and ship the same or next day. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days across India.
What printing method do you use?
We use sublimation printing — a process that permanently bonds your design into the ceramic. The print won't peel, crack, or fade with normal washing.
Is the print dishwasher safe?
Yes! Sublimation prints are dishwasher safe. However, hand washing is always recommended to keep colors vivid for longer.
Can I send a high-resolution photo for the mug?
Yes. For best results, upload a photo with at least 300 DPI or 1500×1500 pixels. We'll let you know if the image quality isn't suitable before printing.
What is your return / refund policy?
Since every mug is custom-made for you, we don't accept returns unless there's a defect or damage in transit. In that case, we'll reprint and reship at no extra cost — just send us a photo.
Do you offer bulk orders or corporate gifts?
Absolutely! We offer special pricing for bulk orders (10+ mugs). Contact us on WhatsApp or email for a custom quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and all major wallets via Razorpay. 100% secure checkout.
