Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

• Orders are printed within 24 hours of confirmation and shipped the same or next business day.
• Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days across India, depending on your location and courier.
• Once shipped, you'll get a tracking link by email and can also check status from your account.
• Shipping is free on orders above ₹799; a flat ₹60 shipping fee applies below that.

Because Every Product Is Custom-Made

Each item is printed specifically for you after you place your order, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please review your design carefully before checking out.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our contact form or sdk4053@gmail.com, with a clear photo of the issue.
• We'll verify the issue and arrange a free reprint and reshipment, or a full refund if a reprint isn't possible.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it enters printing by contacting us as soon as possible. Once printing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled since it's made specifically for you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Undelivered / Wrong Address Orders

Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.
